### Represents the tripod leg diameter of the part in mm with a numeric scale of 1 (ie. 445 -> 44.5mm). Files beginning with 000 are universal parts that do not change regardless of the tripod leg diameter. The ###-Stencil.stl outer edge is used to trace out the foam pad for placement inside of each clamp half. You may adjust material, walls, infill, etc. to your desired preference.
Print Settings & Assumptions
Files are sliced for a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height. Tolerances assume a reasonably calibrated FDM printer as parts are designed for tight interference fits. Printed and validated on a Bambu P1S.

Assembly Guide
1
Install pocket nuts in Accessory Rail (000-AccRail)
Press one M3 nut into each of the two recessed pockets on the Accessory Rail.
2
Attach Accessory Rail to Clamp Base (###-ClampBase)
Check hole alignment between the Accessory Rail and the Clamp Base pocket and then slide the Accessory Rail into the Clamp Base pocket. This is an extremely tight interference fit and some stiff force may be required to seat the Accessory Rail all the way to the back of the Clamp Base pocket and secure using 2 M3x10mm machine screws.
3
Fit the Clasp Pin Ring (000-ClaspPinRing) onto the Clamp Base.
Position the Clasp Ring in the Clamp Base cutaway. There are two holes on the surface of the Clasp Ring - Position the smaller hole of the Clasp Ring to point towards the Clamp Lid (###-ClampLid)
4
Install pocket lock nut in Clasp Pin (000-ClaspPin) (
Press the lock nut into the Clasp Pin taking care to orient the nylon inlay to point away from the flat cutaway on the outside of the Clasp Pin.
5
Attach Clasp Pin to Clamp Base and Clasp Pin Ring
Slide the Clasp Pin through the Clamp Base and the Clasp Pin Ring. This should be snug, but not overly tight. Align the screw hole taking care to ensure that the larger Clasp Pin Ring hole lines up with the Clasp Pin flat cutaway.
6
Attach M3x30 machine screw
Screw the M3x30 machine screw through the Clasp Pin Ring above the Clasp Pin flat cutaway. Tighten the screw as far as it will go, however, do not over tighten.
7
Attach Clamp Base to Clamp Lid
Fit the Clamp Base to the Clamp Lid by aligning along the hinge end. Press and drive the 3mm brass rod all the way through the hinge. This is a tight interference fit and you may use a hammer to gently and carefully drive the pin through.
8
Prep and attach the Knob (000-Knob)
Press fit one M3 nut on the bottom of the knob and press fit one M3 nut on the inside of the Knob. The nut on the inside is difficult to place. You can use another long M3 screw to line it up and secure it in place. After the nuts are installed, attach the knob to the M3x30mm screw but do tighten it down yet.
9
Cut and place the foam rubber pads
Use the Stencil (###-Stencil) to trace a pattern onto the back of the foam rubber pad using the outside edge of the stencil. Repeat so that you have two identically sized pads. Peel the backing tape off of one of the foam rubber pad and carefully place along the inside wall of the Clamp Lid (Start by placing the short end of the foam rubber pad 6mm away from the midline of the hinge). Repeat for the Clamp Base.
10
Attach the Accessory Rail Clamp to the tripod
Open the clamp and position around the tripod leg. Close the clamp around the tripod leg and swing the knob over the Clamp Lid. Tighten knob until space between the clamp halves is between 0.5-1.0mm. The first time you attach the clamp, there will likely be a sizable gap between the two halves. Slowly tighten the knob to draw the halves together - the foam rubber will need to compress a bit during the first application and this is intentional.
Known Limitations
Not rated for payloads over 2kg on the accessory rail.
The clamps are designed for specific tripod leg diameters as specified in the ###- prefixed files. Please note that these clamps will not fit larger or smaller tripod legs than they are designed to fit.
